In my twenties, I had two goals: become a Director by 30 and earn a six-figure salary. I was relentless. Focused. And I got there.

Then something unexpected happened.

The title arrived. The salary arrived. And the fulfillment didn’t.

I found myself asking questions I hadn’t prepared for. What do I actually want from my career? Why does success feel hollow? What would genuinely make me happy at work and in life?

I had to coach myself through those questions. In doing so, I discovered what I was truly energised by: helping other people succeed.

Throughout my career at Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Activision Blizzard and at the LEGO Group, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and mentoring hundreds of professionals, from new managers finding their feet to senior executives navigating complex organisational challenges. It’s the part of leadership I’ve always loved the most.

Now, I do it full time. And I bring everything to every client I work with: the career success, the setbacks, the lessons, the frameworks and the Henley Business School coaching education.
